Välkommen säsong 2025!

Hyra 5 bäddar:

Högsäsong vecka  25 - vecka 33:

Uthyres hel vecka Måndag - Söndag under högsäsong.

Pris per vecka: 5700 SEK

Vid bokning av två veckor - En natt gratis.

 

Lågsäsong:

Vecka mån-sön: 4600 kronor. Vid längre vistelse i samband med veckobokning + 500 kronor/natt.

Uthyres minst 3 nätter. Pris per natt: 850 kronor.

Helg fre-sön: 1100 kr/natt.

Weekend tors-sön:  900 SEK/natt

 

Incheckning mellan kl. 15.00 - 18.00. Senare ankomst meddelas gärna dagen före.

Utcheckning senast kl. 12.00

eller enl. överenskommelse om stugan är ledig.

El och vatten (djupborrad brunn, varmt/kallt) ingår i hyran.

Bokning för säsong 2026 (V 25- V35) till årets priser med en bokningsavgift/deposition på 20% av hyran.

Hyr till en vedeldad badtunna för 4-6 personer

Ved och desinfektionstabletter ingår.

Rengörning och nytt vatten inför varje byte och bokning av hyresgäster.

Pris per vecka: 1100 kronor. (900 kr)

Vid weekendhyra/kortvecka går badtunnan att bokas.

Pris: 700 kronor. (500 kr)

Iordningställande av badtunna tar åtskilliga timmar och ska bokas innan ankomst.

 

Sängar:

Täcke och kudde finns till varje bädd. Sänglinne och handdukar tas med av hyresgäst.

Tips!: Slipp packa en x-tra väska full med lakan/handdukar och slipp stortvätta när du kommer hem.

Boka till Linnepaket för 150 kr per bädd/person.

Sänglinne (lakan, påslakan, örngott) + badlakan och handduk.

Paketpris 4 bäddar/personer: 500 kr.

Paketpris 5 bäddar/personer: 600 kr

 

Städning:

Slutstädning vecka görs av hyresgäst eller kan köpas till för 900 kr.

Slutstädning weekend/helg kan köpas för 600 kronor.

Checklista/manual vid egen slutstädning finns i "huspärmen"

Sopor ska sorteras och bäras ut till anvisad plats, disk ska vara diskad och ev. tvätt ligga i tvättkorgen.

Vid flytt av möbler och inredning ska detta återställas och stå på samma plats som vid ankomst.

 

Rökning:

Rökning inomhus är förbjudet.

 

Ej husdjur.

Undantag: Ledarhund/assistanshund/tjänstehund är hjärtligt välkomna. Certifikat/ID krävs.

 

Bokning:

Bokningsavgift på 1000 kr som också är deposition och återbetalas när stugan lämnas i oskadat och ordnat skick. Betalas snarast efter överenskommelse och bokningsbekräftelse mottagits på mail. Betalas inte bokningsavgiften inom 3 dagar anses ingen bokning skett och kan uthyras till annan gäst.

Bokningsavgift återbetalas ej vid avbokning.

Slutbetalning senast 4 (fyra)veckor innan tillträde.

Erläggs inte slutbetalning senast 4 (fyra) veckor innan ankomst anses stugan avbokad och kan uthyras till annan gäst.

Vid senare bokning (närmare tillträdesdatum) står betalningsvillkor på bokningsbekräftelsen/fakturan.

Avbokning senare än 2 (två) veckor innan tillträde behålls bokningsavgiften och 50% av hyran.

Avbokning senare än 5 (fem) dagar innan tillträde ingen återbetalning.

Vid bokning tas uppgifter:

• Datum för ankomst och avresa.
• Namn, adress, telefon och mail till den som står för hyreskontraktet.
• Hur många bäddar som bokas. Vuxna/barn.
• Pakethyra av linne/handdukar.
• Hyra av vedeldad badtunna.
• Avresestädning.

 

Vid bekräftelse att stugan är bokningsbar och överenskommelse gjort, betalas bokningsavgiften.

Hyreskontrakt sänds till er på mail för påseende. Underskrift tas vid ankomst.

Kostnad och datum för slutbetalning står på fakturan och betalas till bankkonto eller swish som står på kontraktet.

 

Hyresvillkor:

• Stugan hyrs ut till hyresgästen under angiven period till angivet pris.
• El, värme, vatten, och ved till vedspis/öppen spis ingår i hyran.
• Huset hyrs ut endast till det antal personer som framgår av hyreskontraktet.
• Hyresgästen får ej upplåta hyresrätten till någon annan.
• Hyresgästen ska vara aktsam och ta väl vara på bostaden. Vid eventuell skada svarar denne för skadan och skall genast kontakta hyresvärden oavsett storleken på skadan.
• Hyresgäst ska ha giltig ansvarsförsäkring/reseförsäkring i händelse av skada.
• Hyresvärden ansvarar ej för förlorade, stulna eller kvarglömda saker.
• Hyresvärden förbehåller sig rätten att gå in i huset med extranyckel.
• Egen elektronisk utrustning såsom el-element, fläktar, kyl, frys o dyl får ej användas.
• Rökning inomhus är förbjudet.
• Vid problem med el, vatten eller avlopp - kontakta hyresvärden.
• Sopor/kompost sorteras och läggs på av hyresvärden anvisad plats.
  
• Hyresgästen får varsamt elda i spisar.
• Det åligger hyresvärden att se till att bostaden är försäkrad.
• Stugan är rökfri & husdjursfri med undantag för assistanshund. ID/cert krävs.

 OBS! Av säkerhetsskäl ej tillåtet att ladda el/laddhybridbilar/husbilar vid stugan.

 

Skriftlig information och platsanvisningar finns i en "huspärm" i stugan.

Vi innehar F-skatt.

Welcome season 2025!

Rent 5 beds:

High season week 25 - week 33: For rent full week Monday - Sunday during high season.

Price per week: 5700 SEK When booking two weeks - One night free.

Low season:

Week Mon-Sun: 4600 SEK. For longer stays in connection with weekly booking + 500 SEK/night.

Rent for at least 3 nights. Price per night: 850 SEK.

Weekend Fri-Sun: 1100 SEK/night.

Weekend Thu-Sun: 900 SEK/night

 

Check-in between 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Later arrivals are kindly requested to be notified the day before. Check-out no later than 12:00 PM or by agreement if the cottage is available.

Electricity and water (deep well, hot/cold) are included in the rent.

Wood-fired hot tub:

Rent a wood-fired hot tub for 4-6 people Firewood and disinfectant tablets included.

Cleaning and new water before each change and booking of tenants.

Price per week: 1100 SEK. 

For weekend rentals/short weeks, the hot tub can be booked.

Price: 700 SEK.

Preparing the hot tub takes several hours and must be booked before arrival.

Beds:

A duvet and pillow are provided for each bed. Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant.

Tip!: Don't pack an extra bag full of sheets/towels and don't have to do a lot of laundry when you get home.

Book a Linen Package for 150 SEK per bed/person. Bed linen (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase) + bath towel and towel.

Package price 4 beds/persons: 500 SEK. Package price 5 beds/persons: 600 SEK

Cleaning:

Final cleaning of the week is done by the tenant or can be purchased for 900 SEK.

Final cleaning of the weekend/weekend can be purchased for 600 SEK.

Checklist/manual for your own final cleaning is in the "house folder" Garbage must be sorted and taken out to the designated place, dishes must be washed and any laundry must be in the laundry basket. When moving furniture and furnishings, this must be restored and left in the same place as on arrival.

Smoking:

Smoking indoors is prohibited.

No pets.

Booking:

Booking fee of 1000 SEK which is also a deposit and is refunded when the cottage is left in an undamaged and tidy condition. To be paid as soon as possible after agreement and booking confirmation has been received by email.

If the booking fee is not paid within 3 days, no booking is considered to have been made and can be rented to another guest. Booking fee is not refunded in the event of cancellation.

Final payment no later than 4 (four) weeks before arrival. If final payment is not made no later than 4 (four) weeks before arrival, the cottage is considered cancelled and can be rented to another guest.

For later bookings (closer to arrival date), payment terms are on the booking confirmation/invoice.

Cancellation later than 2 (two) weeks before arrival, the booking fee and 50% of the rent will be retained.

Cancellation later than 5 (five) days before arrival, no refund.

When booking, the following information is taken:

• Date of arrival and departure.
• Name, address, telephone and email of the person responsible for the rental contract.
• How many beds are booked. Adults/children.
• Package rental of linen/towels.
• Rental of wood-fired hot tub.
• Departure cleaning.

Upon confirmation that the cottage is bookable and an agreement has been made, the booking fee is paid. The rental contract will be sent to you by email for inspection. Signature will be taken upon arrival. The cost and date of final payment are on the invoice and paid to the bank account that is on the contract.

Rental terms:

The cottage is rented to the tenant for the specified period at the specified price.

Electricity, heating, water, and wood for the wood stove/fireplace are included in the rent.

The house is only rented to the number of people stated in the rental contract.

The tenant may not transfer the rental right to anyone else.

The tenant must be careful and take good care of the home.

In the event of any damage, the tenant is responsible for the damage and must immediately contact the landlord regardless of the size of the damage.

The tenant must have valid liability insurance/travel insurance in the event of damage.

The landlord is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items.

The landlord reserves the right to enter the house with an extra key.

Own electronic equipment such as electric heaters, fans, refrigerators, freezers, etc. may not be used.

Smoking indoors is prohibited.

In the event of problems with electricity, water or sewage - contact the landlord.

Garbage/compost is sorted and placed in the place designated by the landlord.

The tenant may use stoves with caution.

It is the landlord's responsibility to ensure that the home is insured.

The cottage is non-smoking & pet-free. 

NOTE! For safety reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric/charging hybrid cars/motorhomes at the cottage. Written information and location instructions are in a "house folder" in the cottage.
